One Minute Meditation (Thoughtful Flow)

An essential aspect of mindfulness involves cultivating our awareness of our thoughts. The following exercise will help you visualize your thoughts from a fresh perspective allowing you to recognize and label them without judgment.

Keep in mind this is a mindfulness practice. There’s no perfect here only stepping into our power of choice by responding to our thoughts with intention.
